Summary

The U.S. Army Contracting Command is seeking potential sources for the production of 40mm ammunition to meet requirements for Fiscal Years 2027 through 2032. This opportunity is aimed at manufacturers capable of producing various types of 40mm cartridges, including practice and high explosive rounds, as specified by unique Department of Defense Identification Codes (DODICs). Interested contractors should have the capability to meet the technical specifications outlined in the Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and be prepared to undergo First Article Acceptance Testing. This is a five-year contract opportunity that will be awarded through Full and Open Competition, and it is open to all interested firms regardless of size, including small and disadvantaged businesses.
