THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CANCEL SOLICITATION W9124M-25-R-A009. THE GOVERNMENT'S NEED FOR AGRICULTURAL SANITIZATION AND ASSOCIATED NEEDS HAS CHANGED SIGNIFICANTLY IN SCOPE. THE GOVERNMENT IS RE-EVALUATING THE REQUIREMENT.
