The opportunity involves the construction of the FY26 Collective Training Barracks at McGregor Range Camp in New Mexico for Fort Bliss, Texas. This project will consist of four barracks, each measuring 34,302 square feet, totaling 137,208 square feet. The scope includes not only the barracks but also a fire pump building, overhead protection, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, video surveillance installations, cybersecurity measures, and energy monitoring control systems. Additionally, supporting facilities such as site development, utilities, lighting, paving, and landscaping will be part of the project. This is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) survey, inviting comments from the construction community regarding the potential use of PLAs for this large-scale project, which exceeds $35 million. Contractors with experience in large construction projects and familiarity with PLAs are encouraged to participate.
