Summary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking feedback on a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Space Weather Observations Antenna Network Commercial Services. This opportunity is aimed at contractors who can provide Commercial Antenna as a Service (CAaaS) to support NOAA's Space Weather Observations Program, which is critical for monitoring and predicting space weather phenomena. The work will involve providing continuous telemetry coverage and radiometric tracking for NOAA's observatories, particularly at the first Sun-Earth Lagrange point (L1). Interested businesses should have expertise in satellite communications, data acquisition, and possibly experience with government contracts in the environmental or space sectors. The government is not looking to award a contract at this stage but is gathering information to refine the SOW before a formal solicitation is released in 2025.
