Summary

The Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Program opportunity is being issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for contractors capable of providing maintenance, modernization, product improvements, and design support for existing DDS assets. The DDS, which is installed on submarines, supports various Special Operating Forces (SOF) missions. The work includes maintenance availability planning, host submarine interface equipment, Field Change design and installations, DDS inspections and repairs, and engineering support. This opportunity is open to all responsible sources, and contractors with experience in naval systems and underwater operations are encouraged to bid.
