Summary

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking sources for Arms Control Advisory and Training Support as part of its mission to enhance the capabilities of allies and partners in arms control and risk reduction activities. This opportunity involves providing personnel and services to assist the Strategic Threats Department in retaining knowledge related to strategic arms control implementation. Contractors with expertise in arms control treaties, project management, and training facilitation are encouraged to respond. The work will include instructor support for courses on strategic arms control, project management responsibilities, and certification processes for arms control implementers. Interested firms should demonstrate their capabilities in these areas and may include teaming partners to fulfill the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
