THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a sole source requirement for FEMAP Software. This is a Sole Source with FEMAP Software IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Siemens/FEMAP is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for the renewal. This provides
