Summary

The FY25 Base Pavements Preventative Maintenance opportunity involves comprehensive maintenance work on the asphalt pavements at Dover Air Force Base. The selected contractor will be responsible for milling and paving deteriorated pavement, applying a Gilsonite-based asphalt sealer to approximately 38,000 square yards of asphalt roads and parking lots, sealing 20,000 linear feet of asphalt pavement cracks, sawcutting and repaving 120 square yards of asphalt pavement, and striping 1,500 linear feet of four-inch wide line striping. This project is set aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses, and contractors with experience in asphalt maintenance and repair, as well as those familiar with military contracting requirements, are encouraged to bid.

This is an amendment to the solicitation. 

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Change the acquisition from a small disadvantaged business set-aside to a total small business set-aside.

2. Extend the Questions period to later than 1:00pm (EST), 8 J
