Summary

The HVAC Ductwork Cleaning opportunity at Mountain Home Air Force Base (AFB) involves a one-time service requirement for cleaning ductwork and associated Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes in Building 2700. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, and materials to complete the cleaning process. This work is essential due to previous fire alarm activations caused by dust accumulation in the ductwork, exacerbated by recent roof replacement activities. Contractors with experience in HVAC systems, duct cleaning, and compliance with National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards are encouraged to bid on this project. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled, and interested parties must adhere to specific access requirements to participate.
Description

This is a onetime service requirement for HVAC Ductwork cleaning. Please see attached documents for more information on the requirement. There will be a Site Visit conducted you may also see the attachments for more information on that.
