Summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), specifically the Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) and Cold Regions Research Laboratory (CRREL), is seeking hydroacoustical data collection and analysis services to support an ongoing study related to underwater acoustic sound pressure levels during various piledriving operations. The work will be conducted at the Wood Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI) in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, which is uniquely positioned to provide the necessary data due to its permitted test area and expertise in hydroacoustical data processing. This opportunity is primarily intended for the Wood Hole Oceanographic Institute, as they are the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirements due to their exclusive access to the testing site and specialized capabilities. However, other interested parties may submit capability statements for consideration, although this is not a competitive solicitation.
