Summary

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division is seeking information from industry regarding the provision of a non-developmental or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Ku-band Ground Station satellite communications system. This system must support dual feeds of 10.7-12.75 GHz and 13.75-14.8 GHz and should be a fully integrated ground station that includes a concrete shelter, a 4.9m antenna, antenna controls, and all necessary Radio Frequency equipment. Contractors with expertise in satellite communications systems, particularly those capable of providing turn-key solutions that include installation, training, and support services, are encouraged to respond to this request for information (RFI). The government is not currently seeking proposals but is gathering information to inform future procurement actions.
