Summary

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is preparing to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for the Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Family of Systems. This contract will cover support services including spares, maintenance, repairs, and engineering support services. MCSC has determined that SNC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling these requirements due to the proprietary technical data and software associated with the existing MFEW systems. The anticipated contract will be a hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price arrangement with a five-year ordering period. This opportunity is not open for competitive proposals, and interested parties should note that the government will only negotiate with SNC.
