Summary

The Navy Senior Leadership Communication – Aircraft (NSLC-A) SATCOM System opportunity is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I). Contractors with expertise in airborne SATCOM systems, particularly those offering Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions that meet specific performance parameters and regulatory certifications, are encouraged to respond. The Navy aims to enhance the communication capabilities of these aircraft, focusing on high data rate two-way communications for both classified and unclassified applications.
