Summary

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast is planning to award a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) on a sole source basis to Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. for energy conservation measures at Naval Support Facility Beaufort, SC. This initiative aims to reduce energy consumption through various improvements, including the replacement of existing building systems and the implementation of energy management services. The project will involve a preliminary energy audit and the design and execution of life cycle cost-effective Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), which may encompass upgrades to boiler and chiller plants, building automation systems, HVAC systems, lighting, and more.
