In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to PROLOGIC, INC DBA Ultra Intelligence and Communications. 

The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106
