Summary

The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking information from potential contractors capable of providing three optical clock units along with a timing architecture. This opportunity is a Request for Information (RFI) aimed at gathering insights for future procurement, rather than a formal solicitation for proposals.
