Summary

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the next generation of the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS). This initiative aims to enhance the security posture of the Department of Defense (DoD) by developing a scalable scanning solution capable of assessing approximately 11 million devices across the DoD enterprise. The new solution should build upon existing capabilities while expanding into areas such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Operational Technology (OT). Contractors with expertise in endpoint security solutions, network scanning, compliance assessment, and those who can provide innovative technologies that meet the evolving needs of the DoD are encouraged to respond. The RFI is not a solicitation for proposals but seeks industry input to inform future procurement decisions, with responses due by May 2, 2025.
