Summary

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) is seeking capable vendors through a Request for Information (RFI) to develop and implement an electronic Case Management System (eCMS). This system aims to modernize and streamline case management processes, enhance collaboration, and improve transparency while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. The eCMS will need to incorporate features such as case tracking, AI integration for automation and efficiency, official file management, and public access capabilities. Vendors interested in this opportunity should have experience in developing secure, scalable software solutions, particularly in the realm of case management or similar systems, and must be fully capable of meeting all specified requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
