Description
The purpose of this amendment is to remove the Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rates for Supervisor and Custodian from the Schedule of Services.  Vendors shall submit a fixed price monthly and annual price, inclusive of all work in the Statement of Work and solicitation.  All other terms and conditions
