Summary

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking to procure three units of Connext DDS Professional Software and one Project Success Plan from Real Time Innovations (RTI) on a sole source basis. This procurement is critical for the LCAC program, which requires the software to conduct Communication Security (COMSEC) testing for external communication systems and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
