Summary

The Intelligence Community (IC) Data Consortium (ICDC) solicitation invites contractors to propose solutions aimed at addressing the challenges of commercial data acquisition and management within the IC. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) seeks to establish a centralized data consortium that will streamline access to commercially available information (CAI) while minimizing duplicative purchases and reducing overall data storage costs. This opportunity is particularly suited for small businesses, nontraditional defense contractors, and traditional defense contractors willing to engage significantly with nontraditional partners.
