Summary

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking to identify potential contractors capable of providing access to the Factiva Content Application Programming Interface (API) for the purpose of searching and retrieving news and related information. This Sources Sought announcement is intended for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation. The SEC is particularly interested in Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) subscription products that do not require development. The selected contractor will need to provide API access that integrates with SEC applications, allowing for seamless user authentication, secure data transmission, and the ability to perform a significant number of searches monthly. Contractors with experience in providing similar API services and those who can meet the SEC's requirements are encouraged to respond.
