Summary

The opportunity is a Sources Sought notice for Fire & Security Monitoring services at the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery. The work involves continuous 24/7 monitoring of the fire and security alarm systems, immediate notification of fire or police in case of an alarm, and timely communication with cemetery management. Contractors will also be responsible for conducting annual system testing, cleaning, and inspections, as well as providing monthly monitoring reports and annual inspection/test reports. Description

The required work consists of the following but not limited to:

  • Continuous monitoring (24/7) of the Fire & Security alarm system
  • Notify Fire or Police immediately of an alarm alert notification
  • Notify Cemetery Director and Foremen within 15 mins of an alarm
