Summary

The Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) is seeking to identify potential sources for capabilities that support its mission to enhance readiness and reduce sustainment costs within the Air Force. This Sources Sought Synopsis is aimed at gathering information from all interested parties, particularly small businesses including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Woman-Owned businesses. The RSO is looking for an Identify, Apply, and Scale (IAS) Hub capability located in Dayton, Ohio, which will serve as a collaborative center for government, industry, and academia to develop and deploy new technologies across the sustainment enterprise. The work will involve technical and program management planning, design, prototyping, testing, and evaluations, with a focus on advanced manufacturing techniques, cybersecurity requirements, and compliance with DoD standards. Contractors with experience in these areas and the ability to operate in a collaborative environment are encouraged to respond.
