Summary

The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is a long-term, open call solicitation initiated by the Department of Defense's Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) in collaboration with The Applied Research Institute (ARI). This initiative aims to gather innovative technology solutions that support the DoD in areas such as research, development, prototyping, testing, procurement, and sustainment of AI/ML, digital, or data hardware, software, and services. Contractors, including traditional and nontraditional defense contractors, universities, and individual developers, are encouraged to submit their novel solutions that address capability gaps or introduce new applications. The marketplace facilitates a streamlined procurement process, allowing for rapid acquisition pathways and providing a platform for participants to showcase their technologies to the DoD.
