Summary

The USACE Portland District is seeking to establish Master Ship Repair Agreements (MSRAs) for the maintenance and repair of the Dredge ESSAYONS and Dredge YAQUINA vessels. This opportunity is a Sources Sought Synopsis aimed at identifying interested contractors with the necessary capabilities and qualifications to perform significant ship repair and maintenance work.
