Summary

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to modernize its Wattmeter Calibrator Systems (WCS) and procure a Primary Lab Wattmeter Calibration System (PLWCS) as part of its Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program. The existing WCS has been operational for over 40 years and requires updates to enhance its capabilities in shore-based laboratories, specifically to calibrate Radio Frequency (RF) Wattmeter workloads with improved range, accuracy, and precision. This opportunity is open to contractors with expertise in instrument manufacturing for measuring and testing electricity and electrical signals, particularly those who can provide the necessary calibration standards and systems as outlined in the specifications. Interested parties are encouraged to submit a Capability Statement and Rough Order of Magnitude to demonstrate their qualifications and ability to meet the requirements.
