Summary

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Sunset Design for the alteration of twenty-four existing Web-based Trainings (WBT) to ensure compliance with Section 508 and to facilitate their migration to Waypoints and/or Navy e-Learning (NeL).
